‘Discharge Med Nurse Supply’ means either there is nothing to come from Pharmacy or, possibly, that to speed things up the Pharmacist has ordered the medications as an urgent inpatient supply MPTL (Multi Patient Task List) – Nurse Collect/Supply tab To document that the meds are now ready to give to the patient, complete the task. Navigate to the Patient Record Click ‘Discharge Medications’ A list of the discharge meds and their location will come up Work through this list as you give meds to the patient Click ‘Sign’. You are done. On the Discharge list the TTO icon will have updated to a Green Circle – completed.
