Fuck it & Let That Shit Go | Emotional Relief Meditation


So why cussing is good for your
mental and overall health? Studies have actually proved that swearing
relieves and helps to manage pain. The clinical term for this is – hypoalgesic effect of swearing. And just
because you swear it does not make you stupid it has also been observed that cursing
isn’t directly linked to intellect, it’s considered the opposite a creative expression
as you can use one word to express many meanings. Other health benefits of swearing include
increased blood circulation, elevated endorphins, and an overall sense of calm, control, and
well-being. The key is not to get angry, which would be bad for you’97as well as terribly
vulgar. Instead when we will say fuck it or let the shit go during this meditation I want
to ask you to feel how your body through these simple words relaxes and lets go. Allow for
the words to help you make a point and to resolve or detach from the unwanted. So allow
yourself with saying fuck it to release the tension, any attachments and go with the flow.
It is one of the most powerful techniques used in the ancient and modern world. But fuck it what science or Buddhist monks
say, let’s try this out and let go of some shit that may be burdening you. Wherever you are right now, whether you are
laying down or sitting or even standing, I want you to start zoning out a little bit
from the external world and focus on your breath. If you can completely or partially
close your eyes, please do so and if not – just gaze down the bridge of your nose or in between
your eyebrows. This is your time, a time to let go and to come back into your natural
state of ease and happiness. Breathe naturally, preferably through the nostrils, without attempting to control our
breath, and try to become aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the
nostrils. This sensation and the sensation of letting go are your objectives of this
meditation. Try to concentrate on it to the exclusion of everything else for now. Well
if you experience humour, that is also good. Please do some breathing with me by taking
an inhale, holding the breath just for a second, saying fuck it to yourself in your mind, and
then exhaling and letting go of all of the shit that bothers: Inhale…
Fuck it… and Exhale…
Let that shit go!… One more round like that: Inhale… Fuck it!
Exhale… Let that shit go again… Nothing is permanent and nothing is forever,
not even the worries or problems you might have right now and this too shall pass, so
fuck it: Inhale… Fuck it!
Exhale…. One more time: Inhale… Fuck it!
Exhale… No matter what is happening in your life or maybe nothing is happening right now, but
you always have an option to find more peace. Inhale
Fuck it. And Inhale…
Fuck it Exhale…
Let that shit go and find more peace within your mind and body Allow yourself to completely express yourself,
let this make you stronger, yet more relaxed. Just say fuck it and take it easy: Inhale
Fuck it and Exhale Allow yourself to completely relax, detach
from any bother, any person or any comment, any fear, any thought not to escape it all
but to know that you can do it all and can face it all by saying fuck it and getting
anything you need to be done done. You got this. But for now just: Inhale…
Fuck it Exhale… and let all of
that limiting shit go. If somebody annoys you or mistreated you: Inhale… Fuck it and
Exhale… Let that shit go, non of this matters,
who gives a fuck if nothing is permanent? If you were told or made feel like you lack

here to this meditation only shows that you have self care and desire to become even better
to yourself and as a result onto others, so pat yourself on your shoulder: Inhale…

Let that all of that negative shit go Let any negative shit you believe about yourself go: Inhale…
Fuck it and Exhale… If you feel less than perfect, well… let
me tell you straight – perfection is bullshit and what you want is progress which you already
have. Give yourself a break and: Inhale… Fuck it. And
Exhale… You are doing your best and that is all that
will ever matter. In any situation they say you can either sink or swim, I am suggesting to say fuck it all
and let yourself just be, let everything just be as is and let all the bullshit and nonsense
drift away by itself. Inhale… Fuck it. And
Exhale… If there was something you really wanted, a thing or an outcome or a person just: Inhale…
Fuck it. And Exhale… and let those
fucking expectations go. There is plenty for you to still want and get. The most important
thing is peace and joy which many try to find through many means and all of this is very
much in this moment, so let’s just say it – you are already winning right
now and fuck the rest of the bullshit. This is it, happiness in this moment that requires
no effort, no money and nobody else. Well fucking done. As you listen to this mediation
again and again, you’ll keep finding new sensations, new things and thoughts to let
go off, or new depths to previous discoveries. The deeper in state of relaxation and letting
go you will get into, the sooner you will be able to completely let all of the shit
out of your life go. If this does not work for you, just say to yourself ‘fuck
it’ and move on, try something else, you deserve the best!
