basically any kitchen which will help relieve those sometimes painful itchy

is a common remedy for all kinds of things bumps bruises and yes even
mosquito bites cold helps to reduce inflammation and is likely to help
relieve your itchiness too you won’t want to put an ice cube directly on your
skin though as that won’t really help just sort of shock your skin and it’ll
probably be uncomfortable as well what you want to do is put some ice in a
towel or in an ice pack and place it on the desired area of your skin anywhere
from 10 to 15 minutes at a time aloe vera aloe vera is known as a plant that

you can cut the Ellah vera plant to get to the gel inside or you can buy the gel

cup of tea and you’ve let the teabag cool off of course you can apply it to
any irritated areas on your skin there is something called tannins in tea and
they can act as a natural astringent astringent can have many benefits when

about a tablespoon of baking soda into water until it forms a paste apply that
to the bug bites and let it sit for about 10 minutes or so and rinse with
warm water there’s an odd chance this could cause your skin to become
irritated so if this happens just rinse off the mixture and move on to one of
the other treatments on this list lemon juice and basil basil is delicious and
fragrant but did you know it can help relieve itchy skin lemons are also known
to help with swelling and pain those bug bites can sure become painful if you
have a lot of them or depending on where you’ve been bitten lemons also have
anti-inflammatory properties so that combined with the compound eugenol
found in basil should grant you some relief you can make a sort of paste from
the basil leaves and lemon juice for a soothing remedy oatmeal oatmeal isn’t
just for breakfast anymore you can now use it to help with those uncomfortable

persistent itchy feeling as well as the swelling these compounds have anti
irritant qualities so once you make the oatmeal you can apply it to the affected

it either unscented lotion or something
like coconut oil something that will absorb easily into the skin and help
dilute the garlic a bit garlic has natural anti-inflammatory and
antibacterial properties so this should help if you’re prone to your mosquito
bites becoming a bit swollen or if you’ve been scratching at them we get it
it’s really hard not to scratch let the lotion or oil stay on your skin for
about ten minutes and then wipe it off with a cool cloth to avoid your skin
becoming irritated by the garlic you can always apply more later if you’re still
